Hamamatsu Cathodoluminescence Detector

A Hamamatsu Photo Multiplier Tube is used for cathodoluminescence imaging.  PMT output is connected directly to a JEOL auxillary input.  The Hamamatsu PMT high voltage power supply is interlocked with the JEOL vacuum system.
